Exhaust with Body Lift and Shackles....

yes ive searched.......moving on

like the title says what other options am i not thinking BESIDES dumping like i already have cause i dont like it, please dont ask why i would just rather have a normalish exhaust the only problem is well my hitch is in the way of out the back and my shackles are in the way for behind the rear tires which is really the way i would like to go, am i not thinking of something else?? maybe a side exit but ive never seen how that looks with a body lift, let me know with some pics or something, thanks

Here is what I had done on my 05 XLT. It did not have shackles, but still had the body lift. I liked it, used a Magnaflow muffler. These aren't the best pictures, but they are all I have.
