Finally Bit the Projector Bullet

Well I have wanted them for awhile and I just got my taxes back so I went for it and bought some projectors for a Retrofit. Here is what I got.
http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...roducts_id=237

The Bulbs I got
http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...roducts_id=148

The shrouds I got
http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...products_id=72

And I decided to go for the CCFL Angel eyes to tie into the parking lights.

Everything will be painted black with the exception of the parking light/Blinker reflector.

Also on the lens is there a way to delete the 3 **** off the headlight lens?

I should think you should do amber halos to go with the parking and corner lights. That would be sweet.

Still, regardless, I'm anxious to watch this project!

I'd love to do these. Don't you have to cut the housing to mount these? I'd be so afraid that I'd miss-align them

Not quite positive. I will know more when I have the projectors in my hand. Yeah I am kind of afraid cause I have never done or seen it done other than pictures. But hey live and learn and hope it comes out right. and if it doesn't then keep at it till it is perfect to my liking...

We will see how it goes. Its a learning experience.

These strips I think I am gonna hide up under between the bumper and the Header panel.

Yeah Ive followed JP7s thread.

Also I tested the LED strips out just to see brightness. They are quite bright even in the daylight. Going to pick up the housings to mod on Sunday. And picking up mustang Dome light. from Joey (Silver)

From looking at the projectors today it looks like I might be able to do minimal cutting. on the housing. but not sure till I bake the lens off the housing.
