I've been wondering what happened to my truck after I sold it early this year (2011).

I'll post a picture, but the "OG" members will likely remember it. I wondered if it turned up here because it sold within a week of trading it off.

I hope whoever got it is enjoying it! It was sold at a small dealership near/in Wayne, MI because the dealer I traded to sold it to another smaller used car lot I never got the name of.

Sometimes you can get lucky with the vin number. At the least you will know what city and state it is in.

 

Maybe I'm not so smart on how to look that stuff up, but where would I find that out? I still have the VIN laying around, but is there a website I can look at for free?

 

I saw one like it in Plano, Texas at the mall last week. But, it had black fender flares...

I think it was spotted at a college around your area not too long ago. Could be wrong though. Look in the vehicle sightings thread. Maybe you can find it there.

We sold an old toyota corolla and the dude wrecked it driving out of the neighborhood lol. Possibly the funniest thing I have ever seen.

So an update...

The truck must've gotten bought and rebuilt. As of April 2012, it was titled and registered again in Auburn Hills, MI!

Someone find it! This is what it looked like before it was wrecked.

 

Anybody? I'd really like to find it and I know we have a bunch of members in the Greater Detroit area.

 

Just checking in again to see if the truck ever surfaced.

 

Looks like i bought it last night from a towing company in Michigan that had it since 04/16/12. They used it for non-towing calls (lockouts, fuel)
