Tuesday's recall includes the following Ford models: 1995-2003 Windstars, 2000-2003 Excursion diesels, 1993-1997 and 1999-2003 F-Super Duty diesels, 1992-2003 Econolines, 1995-2002 Explorers and Mercury Mountaineers, 1995-1997 and 2001-2003 Rangers and 1994 F35 motorhomes.

Isn't this the same recall as before? I think they are just saying how many vehicles were affected with the recall on the recall on the f*uck up on the recall. LOL

 

We all knew ford had problems with cruise control burning in the past what makes it any different now

 

cruise control is for girls anyways.

 

i wonder if Ford would replace my plugs+wires for free instead of the CC switch?

i love my CC!! im too lazy to look and see if my trucks cover

 

I never use my cruise. I might take it up there and get it checked out, it would be the first time my trucks gone back to the dealership.

I wonder what other recalls are out there?

 

I just got a letter in the mail about gettin it done. Ive been meaning to since i got the truck but just havent got around to it. Will they not do the recall since i am lifted with oversized tires? just wondered about that?

 

am i the only one who received info on this recal back in 2007? man some ford dealers are slow..mine was fixed in 10 minutes. they just linked in a fuse that turns off thepower to the cruise control when the engine is turned off

 

I got my recall in 2007 and had it fixed.

 

no cruise = no problem
