How do I recalibrate the speedo on my 2000 Ranger?

How do I recalibrate the speedo on my 2000 Ranger?
I am stepping up to 31 inch tires and need to recalibrate my speedo. How do I do it?
Oh yeah, it is a 2000 with a 3.0 and a five speed.

if it is RWABS, you need someone from a dealership that has an NGS scan tool to change the rotations per mile of the tires in the GEM module...if it is 4wabs, youre out of luck

I di dnto see the sensor thing in the front when I pulled the spindles and rotors off. So I am assuming it is RWABS only.
