What do you call this part

I'm trying to find one of these on ebay or anywhere else and have no idea what to call it.

It's the little plate that goes around the bottom of the shifter boot. Rangers have a console with cup holders but some early 5speed explorers have just a plastic plate that held the boot down and screwed in.

This?

1989-1992 Ranger Shifter Boot & Plate 5 speed - eBay (item 250663733323 end time Jan-05-11 09:56:38 PST)

You probably won't find it without the boot unless you hit up a junkyard.
