Fuel Problem

Alright so a bit back I posted a thread saying that my truck was spitting fuel out due to a venting problem... Well its time to fix the thing cause its starting to get on my nerves.. My question is I quess what all do I have to replace? The fuel filler and the little hose on the side or something more?

Thanks for any info!
