Generally, the wider the better. Check out your local farm supply stores. Or check online for procomp straps.

Get hoops, NO HOOKS

This is the one that I would recommand that I sell. If you are looking for a strap without hooks, and a HIGH break point.

I have a few of these, they're 4 inch wide military surplus straps. Pretty much indestructable on regular vehicles. I've used mine to pull out heavy equipment and tractors.

These are my second choice,

A little cheaper and a bit more flexible to handle.

Either one are professional grade straps.

It's a real neat place to go to too, it's just outside of Harrisburg, PA. Their inventory is always changing too.

They ain't cheap, but I'm a big fan of Pro Comp. Never actually used the one I have in my truck, but I've seen some friends of mine using theirs. Pretty much the reason why I choose it.

I went with the 3" x 30' but if you need bigger they offer a 4" x 30' I think, but I would think you better be running with a lot of full size boys to get the 4".

ProComp 3" x 30' Tow Strap
