Pics of my truck exterior during the day.

I always take night pics, but here are some day pics.

I'm always looking for new mods, but not tacky ones. Any opinions?

I am NOT ditching the Mud-Flaps! They protect the paint and I love them (so dont ask! lol)

Ya know.. I'm not sure how you'd like the idea..

But given you like a good fast car, and yoru truck looks nice and shiny.. maybe a set of black rims would set it off? or have those current ones powdercoated black?

A good glossy black would set it off awful nice, along with some black window rain keeper-outer things... those door molded ones that mount with the 3m tape and such..

Somethign to give your truck some more character and help set it off without looking tacky =)

I don't like the window rain things, but I have been thinking about getting different wheels. Especially wider ones. I was going to see if my BBS rims on my car would fit on the truck (they are 9 inch stock) - The idea was to get different wheels for the car, but still keep the BBS's. The problem is I dont want the truck to look too hot when its parked, because of where I live. Granted its in a garage when I'm home, but I don't want wheels that will attract attention when I'm out (this is the reason the car never leaves my sight)

I was thinking about taking off the chome wheelcap covers and sandblasting them, then painting them to match the aluminum of the rims - I hate chrome. I wish they made a carbon fiber ranger logo so I could replace the stock chromey looking ones.

I plan on taking off my door handles and liftgate handles and painting them body-color blue. Also I think I'm going to ditch the stock mirrors and go with the eBay M3 with LED type ones. - I'd paint them to match as well.

See the nice thing about the mods I have (mostly lighting on the exterior) is that you cant tell its modded when its parked. - Yeah I have different headlights, corners and tails but thats no biggy, they dont look tacky I don't think.

Maybe I'll get a new fascia in the front. That is a 2003 front end that I got for free when i got a crack in my 2004 front bumper.

Mach1? I hate mustangs with every cell of my body. Maybe lightning wheels, but I don't think the pattern matches.

With the stock engine I don't have the torque to take advantage of the wider wheels that the lightning has. Possibly if I ever do a dual turbo setup. Since the v6 has 2 piston banks that would work pretty good. Is there such a kit? It would be nice to be completely positive manifold pressure in my garage. I would like to do an EJ25 swap, but this would take alot of work and I'm not sure if I can get it to pass smog.

What options do we have for emblems? I dont like the new emblems sold on the current ranger. If there was an aftermarket carbon fiber one I would consider it. Something like what I have on my evo would be nice. I found these on eBay.

I have looked for similar emblems for the truck, with no success. - I was thinking about the LED lightup emblem for the front though, but I dont know where to buy one. nthcoast.com used to carry them (I had boughten one for my 13b-powered focus in 2002)

I dont mod the truck for performance (yet) - more luxury look/feel, unique styling. I already have a vehicle to mod for performance.

I'll pass on the line of fire. To many trucks have it.
I will have a full LED conversion very soon on the exterior bulbs.

As I've said 30 times, the mudflaps protect the paint, and I love them.
