well my ranger is safe for now because my parents cant afford the 400 plus a month car payment on the mariner thank god

 

someone i know already did this, 4500 for an 81 caprice, another 2500 rebate from hyundai, so he then paid another 3500 with tax title etc ... but hes just doing it cause the caprice sucked and he now get over double the gas mileage.

if you do it get a manual, not sure on the new ones but the older autos sucked.

 

my truck is in my dads name because i bought it under 18. I paid every cent. Is it my truck?

 

if your name isn't on the title he can do what he wants to do with it.

 

title might say its your dads truck i would see what i could do to get that changed over to your name.

 

well the plan is once i sell the probe he is getting the money and im getting my title

 

I just put the truck under JUST my name this past week...was under mine and my fathers(the cosigner).

 

At least they are smart enough to realize that, we'll see about the rest of the country......

dude my probe doesnt run and it isnt insured and its basically for sale and the focus is my parents car i just drive it put gas in it and maintain it

 

My parents co-signed for my birthday last year they paid off the last 4K and then a couple months without me knowing they put the title in just my name.

 

rusty. since your keeping it try and clean it up some show your parents you take pride in it and maybe you won't be put in that situation again

 

at least replace the broken leaf....

 

yeah the leaf is getting fixed today or tomorrow. there getting replaced with exploder leafs that are a 4 pack and i need a new front driver sides axle hopefully they will get fixed in the next couple days

what i dont seem to understand is if you care for that truck so much, clean it up! water + soap + bucket + hose = a much nicer truck, rusty or not.
