HID Questions

I have 15k Hids in my Ranger now.. they are running off a 35w ballast.. will they burn my headlight housing after a long night of driving lets say 5+ hours?

No they actually run cooler then the factory bulbs.

35w is fine... it's the 55w kits you have to worry about.
