Hit a deep puddle and now my truck won't start... Help??

There are small little square plugs at the bottom of each door. Two plugs to be exact, Pulling the door panel is the best way but to drain remove the plugs.
I sunk my truck up to the windshield. Water was up to the headlight switch. Never had any electrical issues. I pulled the seats and full interior and let them dry for 3 days.

Well after 4 weeks of waiting for my truck. The insurance company decided to total my truck and labeled it as a bio hazard ... Fml
Now I'm looking for either a 90's dodge with a 12v Cummings or 04-06 f150 or a dodge 1500 04-06....
I'll be selling the only thing I ever wanted to put on my truck but never had time which is a 5.5 RCD lift. Not for sale yet incase I get another ranger but that probly won't happen.
