I took my 1991 Ranger 2.3L/5-speed to 75mph and it started shaking like it had parkinson's, so I slowed down. On the other hand, I took my 2002 Buick Regal to 110mph (the governed speed) and it was like riding on a cloud of air. Very smooth, quiet, and quite comfortable.

 

haha superkid just reminded me of my friend's 88 chevy caprice with a 305, buries the speedo without much effort and we never seem to find a top speed, just keep pulling, barely even feel the road too, like your just floating along

AND if it did top out, before I lift off the accelerator, I'd be one POMF'kr!!!

eh at those speeds, u hit a bump, or lose control, and they will wipe u up with a mop and bucket.

I've NEVER been afraid of speed, as long as I'm at the wheel!

And FYI, the fastest I've driven was 160mph in a 68 Z28, and I hit a dip in the road & it changed lanes , I didn't panic, just stayed in it.....but after we got home, it did take me a few seconds to get the upholstery out of my arzz!
