How many Solid Axle Rangers exist?

Sometime last week a coworker of mine and I got into a discussion about why we don't see more late model Solid Axle Rangers. Neither of us could think of more than five or six off the top of our heads. So I come to you guys, the ones that know all, in search of Solid Axle late model Rangers.

How many do you know of? 98+ specifically, but I wouldn't mind getting a count on Pre-98's also.

Here's how this is going to work, I need a picture. No picture it doesn't exist. Pretend I know nothing.

I'd count that one, if we can find a pic.

So we're up to about 10 now... there's got to be more...
