Hub Assembly Bolt Question

I have a front wheel bearing making a growling noise, so it's getting replaced. I picked up a new one and will get to it this weekend.

Does anyone know the bolt size for the three bolts that hold the assembly on? I don't think I'll break any bolts, but as far as I know these are original assemblies with original rusted on bolts, so I'd like to have a couple extra on hand just in case.

I googled it, but and search with the words 'wheel' and 'bolt' in it brings up lug bolt sizes.

I don't have the answer, but if you could made a how-to video or a how-to thread, that'd be appreciated. I need to replace my pass. side soon

Yeah, I didn't need the bolts thankfully.

It was easier than I expected. Sorry I didn't get any pics annguyen1981.
He's working on a 2002, but it's the same for your 03.

I don't have power tools, so I had to break the axle nut loose manually. I had to remove the wheel, pull out the center dust cap, replace the wheel, lower it then break the nut loose. My 18" breaker bar was plenty, it came off with a little effort.

Also, it was a little tight getting my torque wrench on the knuckle to hub bolts. Luckily I had enough extensions to get the clearance I needed. Crow's foot head would work too, but then you have to figure the math to get the proper torque settings.

It's still fresh in my head, so if you have any questions, go ahead and ask.

Does anyone have the part number for the hub mounting bolts? We sheared one and nobody has them. I'm calling all of the ford dealers and soon I'm going to start the junkyards. I can't believe this is a part no one has needed to replace.
