As you're only 18, just wondering how long you've had the Ranger?
I'm going to guess 2 years or less. So how can you be "getting tired" of it?
Also is the Ranger paid for? If so I'd suggest you keep it for at least the next 4 years.
If you're going to collage next year, the LAST thing you need are $400-$500-$600 per month truck payments.
I know you want it. But you can't always have what you want.
Welcome to adulthood.

lol that was fun...
u realy need the power or it is just cause the f150 is bigger and nicer (i guess..).. cause i do use the ranger for working and its done great. really doubt college work needs more power than what a ranger can give

x2. I sold my F-150 to get a ranger. Burns less gas. The F-150 wasn't any quicker and I had the 5.4L V8.

well wyldechild im sorry i was in text mode but how about you spell your damb name the right way. Yes i am going to college but i am going to be playing football and got a full ride. what i ment by expensive would be the partying. ever since i put 33s on my ranger gets 10 miles to the gallon and i dont know why. i dont drive with a lead foot. most f150s get better gas than i do anyways and i figure whats the point in spending the money on making the ranger big when i will eventually have to do it all over when i do get the f150 you know

Great point. Which is why I'm actually getting rid of my Ranger. I'm selling it for the payoff on the loan, and buying something older to cut my car payment down to start getting ready to get off my rear and go to school (3 yrs out of high school with no higher education... it's time)

dude just keep the ranger. itd be pointless to buy a 150.. ur going to school its not like ur gunna be towing anything or crap like that...its gunna be to expensive cuz of "partying"? WTF then dont party so much, and more then likly u'll get this 150.... think ur hot **** be out drinkin n crap... and BAM u'll wreck ur truck and be done... keep the ranger... u dont need a high payment on a truck... BTW re-gear ur truck and u'll get better MPG

...trust me DO NOT do this.. the F-150 is slower then the 4.0 ranger i believe...mine spanked tonnes of F-150s..the 5.4 is one of the most useless engines every created for the F-150..i got rid of my ranger and got a F350 lariat Crew Cab SB Fx4 7.3 diesel...NOW thats an upgrade to power...enough to make you **** yourself when its fully chipped and everything..buy a diesel..there not hard to take care of..you just have to know what to look out for..AND MAKE SURE IT HAS SOME WARRANTY left...

Sold my modded F-150 and got a supercharged Mustang, sold it and got a Stage IV SRT-4 with more power than the heavier Mustang. Sold it and got a 4cyl Ranger and don't miss the extra 100-400HP...for now.
