Trailer Tires

Ok so i drug the boat out of storage today and was going over things and checked the air pressure in the tires but im not real sure what they are suppose to be at.

It says on half of the tire not to exceed 32 PSI then the other side it says max working load 1800lbs at 50 PSI cold

so is it suppose to be at 50 psi or 32???
