Does anybody know a good site that has fire sticks for cheap and cheap shipping? I have found 2 sites that have fire sticks for $20 a piece but there shipping was out ragious, to ship 2 of them it was $50.

Any ideas?

antenna whips lol i would find a local truck stop i know they have them at my local truck stop.

 

I dont know where the nearest truck stop is. Im too close to Minneapolis to have truck stops near by. I saw they had some at Radio shack (not firesticks but RS brand) but I need a CB and a Scanner antenna that look the same. Oh and I dont think I will find a scanner antenna here in MN considering they are illegal.

 

have you checked eBay? when I ran a CB on my nova I got a big whip antenna off ebay and the shipping was only a few bucks

 

Yea I wish scanners were legal. I believe you can get a permit to make scanners legal to carry in your vehicle.

I just picked up a Cobra 19 from a guy on here. Im waiting for the paint to dry on the mounts and ill get it in tomorrow.

I LOVE my 4' FirestikII. $22 bucks at the local cb shop....one of only two cobra authorized repairs places in the country. You know.....If I could find a tube long enough, I could send it in the mail.....

i got my fire stick for 20 no joke tucked away in the back corner they had their own little truck stup for CB's and atennas

I got my firestik at Radio Shack for maybe 15ish.

 

I believe I know a guy probably willing to sell his firesticks.. maybe 2... maybe 1 of them... I think his name is shane and he drives a lowered Ford Ranger some dark purple color lol

SO matt! you get your antenna yet or what??? I love the fact that the firestickII's are tunable. HAve a nifty little screw dealie on the top to set the SWR just right.

 

I found a website called CBworld.com and they have them, and have resonable shipping. It was like $41 for a CB antenna and a Scanner antenna shipped. I am waiting to hear back from them on whether I can get a 4 foot scanner antenna. If I cant ill get 3 footers.

Right now I have a magnet mount antenna sitting in middle-back of my roof, and it looks ghey...

Oh and that CB mount I told you about. Yeah it didnt turn out the way I wanted it, so Im not going to brag about it. It looks really sh!tty.

Alright MAtt...my guess was somthing fiberglassed to house the cb. Or possibly maybe somehting in the radio bezel...i just wanna see what you plan was. I'm curious.
