Zbeard - If you wreck your truck Chances are it will be totaled on the spot regaurdless of Damage . And as much money as you have in your truck you will be best served buying it back from the insurence company .

Try contacting NicksterSVT didnt he talk about this when he did the 4 wheal indapendent suspension mod to his ranger . I could have sworn he said something about he has a specail policy that if he wrecked , It was automaticly insured for 50K.
Dont hold me to that though , Im not sure if thats wright .

I have Allstate. Great company do deal with, dealt with them in two different states(2 accidents in FL(1 my fault,1 not my fault)). I asked withing the past teo months about being lifted(didn't give any specs as to how much) and they told me I was fine and I had nothing to worry about.

i know state farm will cover accessories like a bull bar and billet grill.

i also asked my agent and they said if it is physically bolted to the truck it is covered. didnt say anything about lift kits...but i have heard of a few companies dening lifted trucks.

Zabeard, my friend has a lowered F-150 and is going with custom insurance ill ask him who he has it with.

I have a ton of money in my truck, if i wreck it id like to get some of it back if possible.
yo beard, if you can take your easily removable accessories out and buy it back and take your parts it would probably be better if they covered it as a stock truck honeestly. aftermarket greatly depreciates the value...

well i am more worried about them denying it and me having to pay for medical expenses and other stuff.

by denying it are they just not fixing the truck or are they denying the whole claim?

this is probably stuff i need to bring up to my insurance company, i just dont want them to be in the know too much. lol

They can NOT deny paying medical bills (both parties) and the other persons vehicle (assuming you are at fault). They can deny to pay for your truck.

If someone else is at fault, their insurance company has to pay for your vehicle and all medical bills no matter what, that is Indiana law.
