What does this tell us

This lists the flow rates of different exhaust set ups. Is it better to have more flow or less flow?

What is best for power and torque?

More flow = you need more air and more fuel.

So it really depends. If you have a all stock vehicle then you prabably do not want much more flow, cuz you could loose some back pressure, which then you loose power.
