looks like your gonna love getting to know your wheel bearings if you drive as much as i do hahaha

ohh greattt haha, well fortunately i dont drive too much, mostly to work and back which is only a mile away.

I'd polish those rims up nice, don't paint them.
Some nice wide fender flares would look good on there with the tires sticking out that far. Something with the bolted look like the Bushwacker cut-outs.

Looks good man. I'd polish the hell out of those rims, that look is timeless.
