Control Arms

OK So long story short my buddy f'ed up my Fabtech control arms for my lift. Is it possible to run my stock control arms with the fabtech kit or no? I am going to have some arms custom made and would put the stockers on just to hold the truck together. I wouldn't drive it that much. Maybe like 200 miles total. Any help?

He does stuff half *** and he would tell me that they are fine I just need new ball joints. Which I do need new ball joints but the arm I think is pretty well ****ed.

Will the stock arms be enough to just get it to like sit in the driveway? Even if I don't drive it?
