Just bent the BL brackets and welded it..So its bolt on


The bumper is all painted textured black....No pics yet though

its dirtt in the pic, but its nice and sandblasted and painted now..Im gonna get some metal to cover up the gap between the bed and bumper..>itll look nice

Would like to read another report on the Aussie as I believe that is the way I am going to go. Are you putting it up front?

if i remember correct FedEx brought the hubs, santa may have brought everything else

that bumper looks pretty BA, but if it was mine i would make another bracket so you can have more bolts holding it on. What size tubing? 2"?

Thanks guys, ill post some more pics of it this weekend sometime...Yes its 2x2 tubing its like 3/16 thick i think...Guess i could make another bracket on each side, but where would you put them??



Shane, im ordering BOTH today...Im gonna call and make sure what im ordering first though...

Yeah I"d make another bracket Dustin, better safe than sorry. Oh I'm parked at like the stop light after the turn at the stadium, I might be at my truck tailgating I might not.

Where would you put another bracket, would you weld it to the frame then or bolt on

Weld it to the bumper and make it bolt on the truck. That way you can remove it.

the stock brackets bolt to the bottom of the frame so there are 2 or 3 holes on each side you can use.. my bumper is welded to both the stock and BL brackets then bolted to the frame.
