Lowering a ranger

I have just recently started to customize my 1998 xlt ranger 2wd ext. My question is I am looking for a lowering kit to put on this truck it is not a tosion bar suspension I am looking for a 4/5 drop on this truck can anybody suggest a reasonably priced kit for doing this. And do you have any comments on specific brands not to use. I saw one done with the stance I want down in Greenville at showfest but couldn't catch up with the guy to ask him what he had used.

Any help would be appreciated

DJM makes a lot of good products for rangers, i would check with them first. also check stylinconcepts.com and truckperformance.com they should list a lot of options for your truck.

welcome to the site BTW!!

a 4/5 drop will consit of:

2inch drop lower control arms
upper control arms (helps with alignment)
2inch drop coils

and the rear is just a flip kit

I would recommend a DJM kit
