Where is you K/C switch mounted?

First off, yes i did search, there was only on topic about this with 2 people ideas.
https://www.ranger-forums.com/forum2...ight=kc+switch

Any ways....
I got some K/C lights for x-mas and im going to be putting them in soon...maybe tomorrow. I cant think of a spot where i want to put my switch. I only have 2 lights so thats 1 switch.
Post some pix on where your K/C switch is located.
Thanks.
Evan

Hey man check out my gallery http://zeebone.com/gallery/v/04lvl2/album100/album17/, I am on dial up right now and searching through pictures suck. My Dad has backed out one of the screws on the right side of the knee bolster and slid the mounting bracket of the switch over it, then just tightened the screw back up.

He will be home tommorrow if you wanna stop by and check it out. He may even help ya lol. Give me a call.

i dont have lights yet but my idea was to put them on the left side of the cup holder/change holder/cd/junk holder.
another idea i had was to put them at the bottom like where change is kept but dont think there is enough clearance.

Neil, that looks like it was made to be there. Nice work. Too bad I don't have the center console.

You could add a second factory foglamp switch for aux lighting:

Neil, thats looks awesome. very clean done. I just dont have a C/C or 5 switches.

Bob, I really like how you mounted yours there. Thats where i am considering to put mine, only with the k.c switch instead of the factory switch. just like this

Christian: Does that ever get in your way? Thats a nother area that i have considered.

thanks for all the pix guys, and keep the ideas comming

do this evan it can be done by using an explorer bezel and taking out the rear defrost button and putting another foglight switch in and wire it.

no, it was a factory option on my 2004 - same as the leather seats
it houses an amp and a 6.5 inch down firing subwoofer in a tuned .9' enclosure - part of the Pioneer 290 Watt 7 speaker system
I have had it out once or twice
