I'd like to start off by saying that i am a type of person that can spend a couple bucks now to prevent problems down the road i am all for it.

I have many friends in the diesel world and most of them are running coolant filters.

Would it be a bad idea to install one onto the ranger? Kit? Thoughts?

I have often wondered about putting one on too since around my area we have real bad cavitation on the diesels and have filters on all but one tractor. I know they make kits for the diesel trucks and maybe one could be adapted to fit our trucks too. I can't see it being very hard.
