Yea but if you notice the front valance it is from a 02 or 03 level 2. It has round fog lights. It is supposed to have square fogs.

Well, I'm waiting on the salesman to call me with the tag on the axle. I told him I'm not driving to High Point, NC until he calls me back with the axle code. LOL

 

Good looking ride. I have the same truck, except it is a FX4 with the 5 speed manual.

 

Well, just got off the phone with the salesman. Unfortunately, the axle is a 4.10 open, not LS. I'm not going to settle for something I don't want, so he said he has a friend in the Ford business and is going to check on some things for me. So lets hope he has something!

lol, i think your being a little too picky if your simply not going to get it because the rear end isnt a factory L/S...


why not just throw in an aftermarket one?

 

Heck mine didn't come with LS so I upgraded to a 2005 FX4 L2 axle...hehe

 

i would assume that it would come with a LS with 4.10s thats what mine came with stock but mines an 03

If you were closer you could pick up a auto 04 ranger fx4 level II for about 15 grand with 60k on it. give me a call sometime. good luck getting a truck!

That truck looks just like mine except in a different color... I have the same package and mine has a LS.

Here is the thing... I have had a Ranger, one that I loved very much. But I do regret not getting what I wanted. So this time, before I spend my hard earner money, I will get what I want, and I will get a good deal on it. Not many salesmen tend to say no to cash. I have been working 2 jobs, 70 hours a week, and I will get what I want, because I deserve it!!!! I really want a 2003 Level II twin shifter in Black with no modifications. But what are the chances, I guess I will just wait for it! If any of you find a nice truck, let me know. I will drive as far south as Florida, north only Virginia (I don't really want a northern truck), west as far as Kentucky. Thanks!
