Found an 05 4.0L auto 4x4 that was rolled and written off due to body damage and only has 35000k's on it. not one exterior piece is good except the tailgate. But the Interior with bucket seats (mainly why i want it) and and engine, transmission, drivetrain and suspension is all good. I just need to find somewhere to store it so i can tear it down and take whats good and scrap the rest. Spare engine and bucket seats for 1200cdn would be a good deal alone, plus half a truck to go along with it.

shoot yes.....i want a low mile engine in mine...one that's not chugged 3 gallons of water. lol.

 

Ya, i would rather buy just the bucket seats and engine, and brakes and few other things. But he wants to try and sell it complete before he starts parting it as it still runs and drives. So i might say screw it and buy the whole thing, just need to find somewhere to store it (which i think i have) and possibly someone to split it with me and take some parts they want and split the profits of the rest. Just found this today need to get some things figured out before i commit to it.

I think i have somewhere to keep it and stip it down. as well as someone who might go halves on it with me. So it looks like im gonna have a parts truck and a spare engine and transmission w/ 35000 k. And some bucket seats.. sweet!

 

Just replied to his email and said i will buy it so hopefully this weekend i will have it unless he sold it today already. If so most of it will be for sale. I will take some pics of it when/if i get it and anything on it that is still good and i dont need will be sold. Including my 60/40 bench seats that i will be replacing with the buckets. I already have someone locally who wants the differentials and driveshafts. t/case possibly. And besides the seats i am defiantly taking the motor and transmission and rear brakes.

 

Going to look at it and buy it tomorrow night if it's what its supposed to be. Found out today that there is no stereo or airbags. But it's actually a FX4 and not a 4x4 like i thought. So bucket seats Finally plus a practically new spare motor. I will post get some pics of it tomorrow as well if i decide to buy it so i can get some parts lined up to be sold.
