Tempted to do this with my truck (but my SD).
There used to be a member with a wicked nice white ranger. Lifted 4wd, winch, utility rack on bed cap, etc. Sold it to a guy in another country . . . someone will remember who I mean.
Love the look of rescue/expedition trucks, especially for the crap I drive through living in the country.

Front and rear receiver hitch, if you're serious a Winch on a multimount. Some oval strobes mounted in rear bumper and front grille. Hilift jack, a few towstraps and clevis', if you get a winch, some gloves and ****** block.

I've got a C4x4 front bumper on my rig with a 9000lb Superwinch. The thing is tough as nails. I added a rear hitch with D-ring/shackle, mud tires, etc.. I carry a toolbox in the bed with plenty of metric and standard tools, screwdrivers, allen wrenches, wire cutters, 2 pairs of vice grips, pliers, cheater bar, a large full tang knife, and a couple big f'n hammers. I also carry a highlift jack and a regular hydraulic floor jack in the bed, along with plenty of wood blocks to use on soft ground, etc.. I've got one full size spare under the truck and another full size spare in the bed. Yes, I've flattened 2 tires at once before. lol
I also carry multiple shackles, a jerk strap, and two heavy chains. Multiple flashlights as well. I've been meaning to pick up a large pry-bar. I may use my old torsion bars to make a set of pry-bars/body punches. Military ammunition cans make really nice log chain totes. Drag em out and carry to where they're needed.
I'm only lacking a lift.

I went that route with my truck too. I have a tool box with metric and SAE wrenches and sockets, cheater bar, various tools and jumper wires, tree saver and recovery strap, 2 3/8"x15' chains, floor jack and wheel chocks, all fluids and a few different viscosity oils since we have a bunch of diesel equipment, gas line antifreeze, clevis', draw bolts and pins. I keep whatever I think I'll need since we have farm land away from home and I stop for people stuck in the ditch ect. I Have a headache rack with lights and plan on heavy duty bumpers front and back and a front receiver hitch. Most importantly though I keep band-aids and Advil in the truck at ALL times.

Whatever you do, don't do what I saw today.
I saw a nice Level II in the parking lot here at BCC, is bumper was all twisted and I look, he has a ****** strap looped through the holes in the bumper and knotted.
It made me sad to see that nice truck in the hands of such a retard.
Definitely a front receiver, I want to get a newer Ranger and go this route. But I can only handle one project at a time.

A lot of farm/agro stores sell them at good prices. Although more than often with jacks, you get what you pay for.
Looks like a good cache of equipment you have. Need a first-aid/survival kit if you don't already. Would be nice to be able to help someone if you roll up on a wreck or roll. Complete with a small assortment of snacks/energy bars and water or beverage.

I have seen the build thread of the white rangers somewhere. But cant find it. I love see bass's truck.
It seems like you have alot of the materials needed to be a good rescue/recovery rig. About a month ago a link was posted from pirate4x4 about a tow truck in like colorado which was a really cool rig. I wish I could find that thread too. Itd give alot of ideas.
