curious what bumper pad i ended up with...lol

so i got rear ended a few months back. my stock pad was wayyy different than what i ended up with. i asked if i could get a black one instead of grey(to match my bed caps)

this is what i got:


my trucks an 03 i'm thinking this is off of something quite a bit newer???

not important really because it looks awesome just a bit curious!

I think that's the style that is on my '07... not too sure though I've never paid that much attention to it!

ooooh nice! i was washing my truck today and just kinda realized how much different it really was lol. guess i got kind of a sweet upgrade for free!

nice. i was told the bumper itself came off of a newer truck too

sidenote-if you happen to drive a honda element dont run into a hitch on a ranger lol!
his honda was mashed bad! but thats what he gets i suppose :)

As far as I know, all the step pads on that style bumper are all the same molding. 04+ are black instead of the up to '03 grey. I think Gen3's had almost a purple tint to the plastics.



Post pics of your old pad.... I'm used to an '06 bumper and an '07 bumper. I haven't had an '01 bumper on the truck for like 4 years. lol.
