So I got some money..

I'd like an upgraded exhaust system. Suggestions? Pref a dual out.

Specs:

Dual in / dual out
2.5 in / 2.5 out
Magnaflow

It depends on the sound you want. How loud? I like mi Gibson because it has a nice low rumble without being annoying and too loud.

It will throw a code without cats unless you have the downstream o2s shut off with a tune.

It's tight, and if you want true duals then you have to bring the exhaust outside the frame, before the gastank. Unless you go to a fuel cell, but I have a feeling you aren't really ready to cut up your new Ranger. lol Only other way would be to go from a single exhaust up through the pass. side of the bed and split it inside the bed. But that is stupid and ugly.

Wait, you want true duals? Or you want dual out? Or dual in? I am confused here. Single In, Dual Out is completely possible, I have it on mine. Duals is harder to do on newer trucks.

5 x 8 x 18 in. 100% stainless steel SI/DO (single in/dual out) Magnaflow muffler with 2.5 in. tubing size. Muffler has about 3,000 miles on it, and is like new.

$60 shipped.

PM me if you want it.

Well, I don't know how i'd run the cats, considering what I've been told. and my dad will throw a b*tchfit if anything doesn't look right.

Nahh, the downstream o2s job is to make sure that the cats are working. If there is nothing there to convert the exhaust gasses then the o2s will pick up on that and set a code. It isn't that there will be no signal from them, the signal will just be out of spec. I have heard of ways around it, but I have no experience with them.

Leave the downpipes alone. Your cats are pretty far upstream. Have you even looked under your truck? I'm not trying to be mean, but it isn't that hard to figure out what you need to do to get it where you want it. If you aren't confident in doing it yourself then bring it to an exhaust shop, tell them what you want, and let them figure it out.

Just leave it how it is and either get a catback setup or get a shop to do a single in dual out. Its not worth the time and hassle with how the O2 sensors are set up, and running the exhaust and whatnot.

you also need to think about all the extra cost this will be to do. and for what? your not going to get any more power over a regular catback and the cool factor goes way down when no one even knows its true dual cause you cant see it. wasting your money on true 2

Yes element, I have looked up the truck, and it seems like I'm very limited on space. I suppose single-in, dual-out will be the best bet for now. So what's the stock diameter on the pipes?
