gas station plugs are not the correct way to do it. go and make sure that the use a proper two step process where they have to take the tire off the rim. they will use a plug(not the gas station type) and a patch

I had a nail in the same place a couple weeks ago. They just took the tire off plug and threw a patch on it ended up only costing me 17 bucks. but now the tire is unbalanced like crazy and its driving me nuts but i cant afford the get it fixed so i just wait till next month when i get new tires
