nice they are a bit cheaper!

Those grapplers HUMMMMMM. And they get decent milage. If my truck ever undergoes operation (sfa) I will be on 18's and 40" mud grapplers. I'd get the helo maxxx 6 in black/chrome.

thanks, I would love to run bigger but its just no feasible for a DD.

Yea, 37/8 is pushing it for a DD IMO.

I have to tow a 12' trailer starting soon (for the ATV's (plural)) and it's not going to be fun w/ my 3.slow. It's going to be rough w/ 35's (BTW I may get mud grapplers...) and 4.88's, I'm thikning about going 4.56 b/c I can't use OD at all, so it's going to push me to like 3500rpms at 65 with 4.88's.

i started reading reviews on the grapplers, and the reviews are great, almost everyone loves them, even with the price they said they would rebuy. There was one guy complaining about wear. that is it so far.

yeah man if you are going to pull stuff alot a taller gear would be good. my trans is shot. i think that is more of my power problem than the gears.

I was thinking 4.88 but my rpms would be high though. Should I even worry about that?

BTW, I'll probably be on some sort of 35 (MTZ or if I decide to go w/ the grapplers) and the atv's are 300lbs+700lbs, plus the 6x12 trailer (maybe 1000lbs) and gear/water/gas (another 300 or so)

All in all about 2300-2500lbs. I'm thinking 4.88, but with OD off, my RPMS will be 3500 at 65-70

They are great service as well if you buy from them. I paid 535 for my tires after shipping and it was like 750 anywhere else.

Your trans gearing should be slightly differnet from mine htough.

I know for a fact at 65 I am at 3k w/ OD off on 33's and 4.10's. I wonder if there is a calc. to figure out what it would be w/ 4.88 and 35's. I really want 4.88 b/c I will probably end up on a SFA in a little while, just one less thing for me to worry about (running bigger tires...38's or so). But for now (through school) I have to tow the ATV's and drive 30 miles to school.
