Oh I don't know maybe because it's three different shades of black, or because he can't even maintain the crap under the tonneau cover.
Could also be because it looks like it's just plain tired.
Wonder if it leaks???
Fair shape after you get to work on them for a few hours.
What else has been half arsed???
You could say that again.
His gain a suckers loss.
Me neither!
Not to sound so down about it, but it seems more a truck for that poor high school kid that has no money and wants to impress his g/f. Besides that the truck needs way to much money and time dumped into it to make a nice truck.
I love the old school thing but only if something is fully restored and done right. Not my dad's old truck that has been in the barn for 15yrs before I washed it and slammed/jacked it up.

It also has a Moon roof installed.
American racing rims( in fair shape)
to get it inspected this year it needs a 90 elbow put on the exhaust to exit the side of the truck
just needs some finishing work
My loss your gain.
I just don't have the time to work on it any more.

I've sold and bought a few vehicles on Craigslist and Kijiji with no problems.
I didn't get to see the Ranger in question, but being a minitrucker myself, I don't trust 99% of DIY bag jobs as the majority are hack jobs. Even bag jobs from "reputable" shops can be hacks.
A good friend of mine builds air ride trucks out of his garage and he does some really good work.
Word to the wise: If you want to buy a truck that is bagged and the exterior and interior look hacked, poorly done or in plain bad shape, do not expect the mechanicals, electrical or suspension system to be any better.
Once you get into an electrical mess,it's almost game over and time to restart.
Bagged trucks are fun, and I love lowered and lifted trucks, but for me when it comes to suspension mods, I like a nice low static drop or a nice mild lift.
