lock differntial

is there a way i can lock my differntial on my 08 ranger ?

Front or rear axle? Does the rear have a limited slip? Do you want an automatic locker or switched locker?

If you have an open rear diff (non limited slip) you can install a lock-right locker in there. If you can install brakes, you can install a lock-right.

Yes. That is a good strong automoatic (also known as lunchbox locker) that will hold up to what we do with our Rangers. I've had mine over 30k miles.....

when you say automatic do you mean it locks when it feels slip or it is always locked?

And for the regular 2000 2wd XLT 2.5L axel ratio. 3.1 or something like that. which number locker do i get?
