New Project on the go

hey guys i have a new project on the go a in truck computer no not an ecu a pc for a media/entertainment/what everelse i want to do iam creating the program to accomplish this and the hardware is almost done i will post updates as soon as i have them

yes an ipod but its a desktop pc that i have made run on as little power as it can it will have a special 15 inch lcd screen it will also contain a gps and more

Your making a Carputer? It's been done, I think it was attempted before on this site as well.

My F90 has Windows CE on it but not enough memory to do anything with lol, cool idea

You could use it for that with the right programs. I don't know of any programs that allow you to tune the truck directly from a laptop though, only the SCT which you have to load to the tuner, then transfer the tune from the tuner to the truck. You could run a lot of virtual gauges though, which is what it looks like he's going to do.
