Will someone please do me a huge favor. I need the distance between the 2 mounts for factory ford nerf bars. I found a set on craigslist for really cheap but they are a bit of a drive away.


I just need the length and whether its a 2 door or a 4 door.

Or can someone tell by this pic if its for a 2 door or 4 door.

 

mine are about 46 7/8 for a supercab from mount to mount where they meet the bar

does they make different nerf bars for a 2 door? I thought they were all the same.

 

Yes they are different for 2 and 4 door. I dont know if its the length or if its the way they mount.

 

well i just measured mine and i measured about 62" for a 2 door supercab...

 

is that the distance between the two mounts or the length of the nerfbar itself?

 

the length from one mounting point to the other. the whole nerf bar itself is about 67" long. from mount to mount where they meet the actual step bar itself is about 53"

 

those look like 4 door ones to me in the picture but its been ages since i have seen some in person.
