Ordered a new tent last night, should be here wednesday
Its a Napier Sportz SUV Tent.
Has a sleeve that fits over back of truck so the truck becomes part of the living space, that way our air mattress will be up off the ground on flat surface, step out of truck right into the tent
its a 10 x 10 tent with 7 feet of headroom,
COnverts to free standing tent so you can drive away from it
been wanting this ever since we got the truck

Cool! I picked up a tent like that, but it actually sits in the bed. That looks like a step up! I'm gonna be trying out my truck tent this weekend for the first time.

i worked us out a really good deal on them a year or so ago, but NO ONE got in on the great deal.

I reckon for that style tent you would have to have a topper for it to work on a pickup

looks cool man, id dont go camping as much as i used to, or else id look for something like that

 

I've been looking at tents for my truck, but i think I'll end up getting a utility rack and mounting either an Oasis II or a Eezi Awn tent on top. More than likely I'll get the Oasis II becuase it's about 400 bucks cheaper. I have a toolbox in my bed and it's not going anywhere.

I go camping alot but i dont feel like having my truck conected.... Looks like it could be fun..
