New truck!!

Just got back home from purchasing a 1988 Ranger 2.3 auto 2wd black and gray with a red interior.

The front pump seal is blown so it cant be driven, I will bring it home tomorrow on a tow dolly. I'm pretty sure i have the parts at work to fix it so the trans will come out next week IM PUMPED!

pics are off of craigslist already so youll have to wait!

imo i wouldn't bother fixing the auto i had the exact same truck with the auto and it couldn't get out of its own way a 5 speed swap is fairly simple. if you do a 5 speed swap i have a computer and pedal assembly you can have.

the only reason the auto will be fixed is because i can fix it for free...so auto it will be for now...5speed one day maybe

kind of thinking it may end up satin black with red wheels/red roof or something along those lines...but top priority for now is to get it to move on its own

i will start a project log when i get back on monday, and start working on it tuesday
