Locker, a non fabtech lift and good tires would make a decent offroad 2wd. Just don't think you have 4wd.

I offroad my truck all the time. Rockcrawling, snow, sand, dirt, and mud. I have 32s, limited slip with very tight clutches to make it almost locker like, and lights and performance ****. Its no 4wd but gets the job done and is a lot of fun.

2wd truck + $ to make 2wd truck perform like 4wd >/= the cost of a 4wd truck.

i have 4wd, but ya, you can go anywhere (mostly) a 4wd can go, you just gotta hit it a little faster. decent set of tires help too.

No way. Not even fast. This one guy I new swore his locked 2wd F150 could go anywhere my LS rear and open front 4wd could go. Lets just say I lost him in no time. He got stuck in some mud that he hit going fast but it was deeper than he thought. Then to **** him off even more I drove into the same mud and stopped. Then I pulled out with no problem.

^I agree. A 2wd will go most anywhere a 4x4 will go as long as the ground is flat and dry. And as far as a 2wd rock crawling, well, that ain't rock crawling.....sorry.
