I will eventually take it over to the dyno, but I want to break it in first before I do anything with it! Its actually almost the same with the whipple(hate to say it but its true minus the whinning sound), the stock tuning on it from Ford gave it more power than I had when I first got the truck in 02. For a 3.0, I'm up to 60 in short time now, I don't really get it..LOL..The guys at the shop won't tell me what they did or what they added, so I have to figure it out for myself now.

Guess I gotta get a hold of Doug for some tuning later on!

I will find out soon though!

Just clarifying here....

You're saying you took your truck in, got a new N/A 3.0, had some minor engine work done, and it pulls as good as with the Whipple?

Specs man, specs......

I'm trying, calling up the place where i got the engine from and all and see if they will tell me what is all on it since the shop won't tell me! LOL

I'm glad you got you truck man. And i really want to know the specs too!! Man, if some engine upgrade can be "similar" to the whipple, i can save a few bucks going that route!... maybe...

Brian, wherever you took your truck in perhaps my Taurus could get that same 3.0L treatment.
