body panel gap tollerances......

anyone know what the tolerances are for the hood to fender gap is and what the lower header panel (the part that goes under the headlights) to fender gap should be on a '97?

i am having problems with the truck....the body shop says its done and within spec and it looks like crap.....the hood is up about 3/16" in the center of the fender......like it is bowed up because the header panel is pushed back.....
