my lease payment is $248 a month. tho im buying out my lease at 11,100. my truck on the losts are stickered for $16-$17,000 so i think ima keep mine. besides, i have the truck the way i want it now... and the payment isnt gonna go up much. Plus, i plan to put about $1500 down when i purchase it which will drop my payment per month.

I started looking around at new trucks last week thinking I was getting the itch to get something new. I drove a 07 Z-71 LTZ, 07 Frontier crew cab, 07 Tacoma crew cab and 07 Ranger FX4. I could not believe what these cars sticker for optioned the way I want it, 31-37k. Nothing grabbed me as have to have. Most of the decision is based on the fact I only drive my truck at night and on weekends, and daily drive the Thunderbird SC. So to make a 300+ payment for a new truck that will only be driven on the weekend just does not make sense to me.
My payments for my used 01 supercab 4x4 4.0 auto are 335.00 a month for 54 months for the ~15k I financed with 0 down. My credit was in the dumps when I bought the truck, thanks to bad decisions on my part. The last payment is due Oct of 2007. I plan to make the final payment in September. This will be the first automobile I have ever fully paid off.
