Yeah I have a 2000 xlt and I would like to change the front bumper and valance on it to the 01-03 chrome front bumper and paintable lower valance with foglights. I know it seems like that the ones that are meant to be used with fender flares would stick out past the fenders where it meets them on a non flare truck and I dont want that. Does anyone that has done this mod without flares have a shot of the front of there truck that shows if it sticks out past the fenders at all?

 

It doesnt stick out that much more than the 2wd bumper

 

It';s hard to tell....but the difference is only like smaller than 1/2" on each side.

yea...it just flares out very little....its almost that you can't tell.

 

I still say I want that bumper and valance on my 2004...
