Bent front tow hook

Well long story short I got myself REALLY stuck a while back and one of my friends got a little throttle-happy while snatching me out. When the strap went taught it pretty much jumped me out of the hole I was in, but resulted in my right front tow hook being yanked out and upwards. It's looking like a jagged buck tooth in my bumper and I need to get it bent back down, but have no idea how. I leaned into it with a pry bar but with me being 175lb I just bounced in mid air. Any ideas?? If pictures are needed just let me know.

just get a new one.

Once its been weakened by twisting it out of shape, you'll have to weaken it more by heating it up to bend it back.

I have some stock edge tow hooks for sale if you are interested

Heating and banging the heck out of it again. Or jsut get new tow hooks from Tractor Supply for $7 a piece...looks nicer, IMO.

Like txboy11 said, the hook itself is fine, the frame that it's attached to is bent. I work in a shop so I might just slowly set the end of one of the lifts down on it 'cause nothing short of a sumo wrestler will budge that thing.
