But what is so cool about the 06' tail lights? i seem to be missing some of the ooooh and ahhhh's haha. so whats the deal?

 

Mostly because they look better

 

there just different. thats all

 

because they make your truck appear to be newer

 

because they look better/ cleaner than the previous style lights.

 

theyre 10+ horsepower

 

i got 15 from mine, but i added 06+ corners at the same time so maybe it was from them.

 

I don't like them. I don't like any tails where you can see the bulb. I like tail lights that have deep diffusers where it blends the light across the whole tail. Most OEM's used the style I liked in the 90s. Its easier to do retrofit work on this style.

 

That's pretty much it right there lol.




I, personally, like the ebay LED tails and third brake lights. Especially on yellow rangers.

 

I like mine heavily nightshaded.
