I ran mine under the weatherstrip along the bottom and back of the passenger side doors then put the antenna on the right rear corner of the roof. The excess wire is shoved up above my headliner!

actually answered my own question...i relocated the ant to right above the RR door like adam said and ran the wire down around the weatherstrip and whatever wire was left i doubled over in the weatherstrip...looks SO much better

I'm putting mine where the 2010 rangers have theirs.

I ran mine up underneath the a-pillar and pulled it through the headliner, back to the third brake light and then out on the top of the roof from the brakelight, very clean this way.

I have a 2009 extended cab 2-door and the satellite radio antenna was very easy to route. Mounted the antenna in the center-rear of the roof. I popped off the third brake light and fished the wire over to the passenger side and down the rear of the cab. It popped out at the jump seat opening and I ran it under the carpet and up into the dash. Very clean and absolutely no area for water to seep in through.

08's are like the 2010's. I can't help since mine is stock and was there when I bought it.

Mines mounted inside the center forward cup holder tray thing. wire comes up thru the dash, up the passenger A-Piller, under the headliner, and out a custom made hole and it mounts on the back corner of my roof between rollbar and truck, you can't see it unless you look, and i like it that way.
