i'm with gil on that one. if you look at rigs that are sponsored, those things are amazing.

Not saying it's not a badass truck though.

HAHA.. thats my rig! Well, not anymore... I sold it for $3,300 dollars.

As for the Dana35, I was swapping in a dana 60 front and rear full width. I ended up breaking out my transmission and couldn't get anyone to warranty the tranny with those size tires(the biggest I could go was 35's for a warranty) so I sold the tires got some 35's and sold it after the left front wheel broke loose driving 90 MPH down the highway after a trip to the motocross track.. I got a 99 f150 5spd. It is lifted 3.5" with 33's and 4.10's. I am waiting until I get a new apartment to do this.

start with this:
supercab 4cyl 5spd Ranger 2wd.

Do this:
- gut the suspension and swap in 79 f150 straight axles, staying full width

- Running around 9" suspension lift

- finding a 302/m5od/(whatever T-case they have) and installing it

- Running some 36-37's

I was going to buy a suzuki samarai but I miss my ranger so damn much..
