question about my tires

wouldn't him lowering the psi give him uneven tread wear? i mean yea the rideis harsh but if he increases his footprint, that's gonna cause him to use more gas and wear out his tires from the uneven wear patterns. correct?
remember that truck that took pics in the quarry? the blue one and people made jokes about his tread in the dirt.

Do the chalk test. Take a piece of chalk and make a heavy line across the tread. drive the truck forward or reverse one tire rotation and check the chalk. If the chalk is only rubbed off on the center, which it most likely is, let some are out, keep doing this until you see no more chalk on the tire. this will give you the pressure you should be running. you most likely are going to have to do a front tire and a rear tire since the rear has less weight on it.
