Ranger front to rear brake line

The brake line connecting to the rear has to be replaced on my 92 Ranger XLT. There's a hole from rust. Anyone ever done this? Is it possible to but an "original" line? Would I have to drop the gas tank to get it into the chassis channel? What also strange, is the nuts on each end are different sizes. Any suggestions?

the easiest part to buy is from the dealership

never done it on a ranger though

more than likely you will have to drop the fuel tank

Remove the bed. That not only gives much more access but also more light to see by and easier to inspect the chassis for any other problems.
